Review and swatches of the KIKO MILANO Glitter Shower and Magnetic Impact eye shadows

Hey loves! Starting this new blog post by wishing you all a prosperous new year. The beginning of a new chapter and a new decade. 2019 flew past and I pray that 2020 is a better year for us all. Happy New Year!

The festive season is just coming to an end and many of us made quite good use of the sales on boxing day. I visited the Kiko Milano store in West-field and came across these pretty eye shadows.

Glitter Shower Eye shadow - High-coverage glitter eye shadow in "Shade 04 Gold Baroque"

The glitter shower eye shadow's are absolutely amazing! There are around 6 shades to choose from not to mention that all shades are absolutely stunning. I picked up the "Shade 04 - Gold Baroque" and I AM SERIOUSLY OBSESSED!

Gold Baroque is like the perfect gold pigment you can ever have. Not too gold or coppery but in fact the perfect GOLD. The shadow is highly pigmented and super glittery perfect for those party/wedding seasons. It is really easy to apply you can use a brush or even your finger and it glides on smoothly. It has a silky touch texture to it when applied to your eye lid making it really comfortable on the eyelid and lightweight. You could use a eye primer if you prefer for an even pop of colour but I think wearing this without a primer will give you a great result too. A really flattering shade with a metallic sheen. LOVE IT!! I got this on sale for £6.29.

Magnetic Impact metallic-finish eye shadow - Shade 104 Light Copper

The second eye shadow that I picked up was the Magnetic Impact metallic finish eye shadow is "Shade 104 Light Copper". The shade itself is a mix of a coppery shade and a rose gold but the finish colour is super pretty.

The magnetic impact shadow's are not a glitter shadow like the Gold Baroque mentioned above. These shadow's are more of a creamy silky formula yet highly pigmented. The colour of the shadow is a beautiful colour and gives of a radiant finish. The shadow reminds me a bit of the Makeup Revolution flawless foils, I would say it has the same feel and texture to it. The shadow you can apply with a brush or even your finger. It is easy to apply and blend and has a amazing shiny finish to the eye lid. Being a creamy texture, the coverage of the shadow is great but I really love the finish it gives. GREAT INTENSITY! - I got this on sale for £4.50.
